• Designation: Project Engineer
• Location: Bengaluru
• Qualification: BE/Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/ E & TC)
• Experience: 3 to 4 years
• Reporting Manager: Project Manager
• Male / Female: Male

Key Responsibilities will be handling:

• Kick of meetings with sales & marketing team to understand customer’s requirements under the guidance of project manager.
• Understand and design automation systems on the assigned projects.
• Preparation of URS, working against designed projects.
• Selection of correct P&ID as per project.
• SACDA preparations, PLC programming along with software development programming team.
• Complete project execution and commissioning & installation of PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, Rockwell PLC/ Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley PLC.
• Preparation, review & execution of FAT/ SAT.
• Identify, understand and manage technical project risks using appropriate tools for risk analysis and set up the required technical counter measures.

Skills Required: :

• Co-ordination with design team for engineering drawings
• PLC program development
• HMI development
• Internal panel /system testing
• Conducting FAT
• On Site Installation & Commissioning (Where applicable)
• To attend Service calls asked by Project Manager
• Knowledge in Automation design, Controls, Execution and commissioning & deliver the project with customer satisfaction.
• Preparation of  project documents
• Ability to read and understand all related technical documents and ability to check the technical documents created by others.
• Experience in Process application preferred.
• Knowledge & Exposure in project execution of Pharma requirements preferred.
