• Designation: Trainee Engineer Sales
• Location: Pune
• Division/Department: Sales
• Reports To: Sales Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Working under guidance of Sales Manager
2. Enquiry generation & handling
3. Preparation of Quotations/Offers
4. Feasibility study of Enquiry
5. Timely submission of proposals/Quotations/Offer
6. Timely response to customers in case of queries.
7. Enquiry-Offer Weekly Summary
8. Technical work for tendering process.
9. Follow up with the prospective client/old clients regarding the status of offer submitted.
10. Individual Sales planning/forecasting
11. Individual area-wise sales plan
12. Individual Segment wise sales plan
13. Individual Sales Analysis / win-loss analysis
14. Sale order preparation (ERP)
15. Coordination with project and purchase
16. Enquiry acknowledgement
17. Payment Follow-up & consolidation
18. Market research (new technologies)
19. Competitive analysis and MIS preparation
20. Technical specification compliance
21. Commercial and general T&C compliance in detailed
22. OA to sales order received from customer
23. Additional responsibilities as per business priority

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must have passionate mindset for sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Willing to travel across the region.
• Engineering Graduation. MBA in sales / marketing will be more advantage.
