This is an important position where you will play a crucial role in achieving assigned sales targets related to Rexroth solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in all region.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential opportunities in to business.
  • Able to address techno commercial issues under guidance of sales manager/ Director & order finalization.
  • Order processing, delivery and payment collection.
  • Understand the customer’s business challenges and requirements and accordingly propose the solution that best suits his applications.
  • Collaborate with sales/application team to ensure a smooth hand hold and successful deployment of solutions
  • Acquire new customer base and maintain regular sale rhythm with daily customer visits and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets within the given time-frame
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Must have passionate mind-set for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Willing to travel across the region.
  • Engineering Graduation in mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Discipline. MBA in sales / marketing will be more advantage.
  • Pro-active, searches for information instead of waiting.
  • Takes full ownership and responsibilities of their projects

Skill Sets :

  • Understanding the technical aspects of the mechanical products like Guides, Blocks, Ball screw, Nut, etc forming the base of machines.
  • Sizing of Electromechanical cylinders and Actuators wrt its load carrying and pressing capacity.
  • Efficient in Business acumen to understand the customer’s challenges, objectives and convince customer with fact sheets against competition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills conveying effective ideas to technical and non technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities to design innovative solutions
  • Identify and propose complementary products or services to create comprehensive solutions
  • Active listening skill and analyse customer requirements during customer meetings
